Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We typically structure projects as 50% deposit upfront and 50% upon completion. For larger Premium projects, we can arrange a 3-part payment schedule. We'll work out what fits your budget on the discovery call.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Absolutely — every website we build is designed mobile-first. With 60%+ of web traffic coming from mobile devices, this isn't optional. It's standard on every single project.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance?

Yes. Monthly maintenance plans include platform updates, backups, security monitoring, and minor content edits. Think of it as a dedicated web person on call — without the cost of hiring one full-time.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your logo files, brand colours, written content, photos, and examples of sites you like. Don't have everything yet? No problem — we offer copywriting, photo sourcing, and branding as add-ons.

Do you work with businesses outside Vancouver?

Absolutely. We're based in Abbotsford and serve Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, and clients across all of BC. Everything runs remotely — video calls, email updates, cloud file sharing. Distance has never been an obstacle.

Will I own my website when it's done?

Yes — 100%. Once your project is paid in full, you own everything: the design, code, content, and all files. We hand over all credentials and logins. No lock-in, no hostage-taking.

Most web designers know how to build a website. Not everyone knows how to tell a story. That difference is what makes BC Web Creator different.

I'm Victor Matanawi — web designer, filmmaker, and the person behind every project that comes through this studio. With over a decade of experience as an Assistant Director with the Directors Guild of Canada, I've worked on some of the biggest productions to shoot in BC: Deadpool 2, Star Trek Beyond, Supergirl, and Percy Jackson.

As a Vancouver Film School graduate with a background in VFX, visual arts, and sound design, I bring a cinematographer's eye to every website I build. I understand composition, pacing, and how to hold an audience's attention — because I've done it on set for 15+ years.
