What Affects the Price?

Most jobs fall within the standard tier. A few factors add a small upcharge — we always confirm before proceeding.

The "Complexity" Factor

Vinyl cutting relies on precise weeding — removing the negative vinyl by hand around every detail of your design. Simple, bold logos are quick. Intricate scripts, fine details, or gradients take significantly longer. Specialty vinyl materials (glitter, puff, reflective) also cost more per sheet.

We break complexity upcharges into two tiers, applied to the base price:

For materials like Holographic or Glitter, we recommend Single Layering. These materials are thick and slick, so they don't allow other layers to stick to them. They look their best as a bold, standalone "statement" logo.

📋 Important: Deposit Policy

All custom projects require a non-refundable 50% deposit before production begins. Because every order is made-to-order using materials purchased specifically for your job, this protects both parties. The remaining balance is due upon completion before pickup or shipping.

Payment accepted via e-Transfer, credit card, or cash. Orders will not be started until the deposit is received and confirmed.

The Cricut Maker 4 cuts your design with precision. Every piece is hand-weeded to perfection.

HTV is heat-pressed at the correct temp and dwell time. Decals get transfer tape applied for easy install.

Frequently Asked

Do you have a minimum order? +
No minimum order — we'll make a single decal or shirt if that's what you need. However, per-unit pricing is more economical at 5+ items due to setup time.
What file format do I need? +
Vector formats are best: SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF. If you only have a PNG or JPG, we can trace it to a vector — a one-time setup fee of $15–$30 applies depending on complexity. If you don't have a logo, we can help design one.
How long does it take? +
Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days from deposit received. This allows time to order blank garments if needed (minimum order from wholesaler). Rush orders may be possible — ask when you quote.
Can I supply my own shirt or item? +
Yes — this is called Customer Supplies Garment (CSG). You bring the shirt, we press it. A liability waiver is required since we can't guarantee fabric compatibility. Polyester, nylon, and athletic fabrics are high-risk and need testing first. Pressing price is typically $12–$28/shirt.
How are decals installed? +
Your decal comes with transfer tape pre-applied, making installation a peel-and-stick process. We include simple printed instructions with every order. For large or vehicle decals, we recommend a squeegee (or an old credit card works great).
Do you ship? +
We're based on Vancouver Island, BC. Local pickup is preferred, but we can ship anywhere in Canada. Shipping is billed at cost and added to your final invoice.
Can you layer different types of vinyl? +
Most standard vinyl can be layered, but specialty materials like Holographic, Glitter, or Metallic must be the top layer. Because of their unique texture, other vinyl will not stick to them. For these materials, we recommend a single-layer design.
What payment methods do you accept? +
E-Transfer (preferred), credit card via Square/Stripe, or cash. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins. Remaining balance is due on pickup/delivery.
